What do we want in an ABM 

Not a qualification. A way of working.

• Someone who turns up on time, every day, without being checked
• Someone who does the number of calls he said he would
• Someone who tells the truth about what happened especially when it did not go well
• Someone who wants to be running a team in two years, not in ten
• Someone who would rather own a territory than be given instructions

Everything else — the products, the detailing, the clinical knowledge, the systems — we will teach you. Those five things we cannot.

What “hungry” actually means here

We do not use that word in interviews. We just tell you the standard, so you can decide for yourself.

That is it. That is the whole job. Do those four things consistently and you will grow faster here than anywhere else you could go.

What you get

A promotion path that is written down, with a number attached.

This is the part that makes us different, so read it carefully.

When you join, your appointment letter states the sales figure that gets you your next promotion, and the one after that. Not “as per performance.” Not “we will see.” An actual number.

That means your career here does not depend on whether your manager likes you, or on whether someone above you resigns. It depends on something you control.

And the rest:

• Salary paid by the 7th of every month. The date is in your appointment letter
• TA/DA reimbursed within 7 days of your claim. You will never fund this company out of your own pocket
• Monthly performance incentive on top of your salary
• Real training before you are sent into the field not a bag and a map
• Your manager works beside you in the field at least twice a month
• Accommodation help if you are relocating from Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Jaunpur, Mau, Ballia or nearby
• Direct access to the founder. Decisions in 48 hours, not six weeks
• No bond. If you ever want to leave, serve your notice and go with a clean record and a good reference

What we expect

Six things. Everyone here does them, including the founder.

1. Twelve doctor calls every field day
2. Ask for the prescription in every call
3. Ten chemist audits every week
4. A daily call report, the same evening, with real numbers
5. Collect the money you book
6. Report bad news faster than good news

This is not for everyone

We would rather tell you now than waste your time later.

Do not apply if:

• You want a big brand name on your visiting card. Ours is small, and for now the doctor is buying you, not a logo
• You want to be left alone until the month ends. Your report is read every single evening
• You believe doctors are won with gifts or money. We do not work that way — it is against the law and against how we compete. There are no exceptions here, for anyone
• You are looking for a comfortable job. This one is not

डिग्री नहीं — काम करने का तरीका।

• जो रोज़ समय पर पहुँचे, बिना किसी के देखे
• जो उतने कॉल करे जितने कहे
• जो सच बताए — खासकर जब बात अच्छी न हो
• जो दो साल में टीम चलाना चाहता हो, दस साल में नहीं
• जो निर्देश लेने से ज़्यादा ज़िम्मेदारी लेना चाहता हो

बाकी सब — प्रोडक्ट, डिटेलिंग, सिस्टम — हम सिखा देंगे। ये पाँच चीज़ें नहीं सिखाई जा सकतीं।

यहाँ “मेहनती” का मतलब क्या है

हम इंटरव्यू में यह शब्द इस्तेमाल नहीं करते। हम सीधे स्टैंडर्ड बता देते हैं।

यही पूरा काम है। ये चार चीज़ें लगातार कीजिए, और आप यहाँ किसी भी दूसरी जगह से तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ेंगे।

आपको क्या मिलेगा

प्रमोशन का रास्ता — लिखित, और उस पर एक नंबर।

जब आप जॉइन करेंगे, आपके अपॉइंटमेंट लेटर में वह सेल्स फिगर लिखा होगा जिस पर आपका अगला प्रमोशन मिलेगा। “परफॉर्मेंस के अनुसार” नहीं। एक असली नंबर।

मतलब — आपका करियर इस पर निर्भर नहीं करेगा कि मैनेजर आपको पसंद करता है या नहीं। वह उस चीज़ पर निर्भर करेगा जो आपके अपने हाथ में है।

• सैलरी हर महीने की 7 तारीख तक। यह तारीख अपॉइंटमेंट लेटर में लिखी होगी
• TA/DA क्लेम के 7 दिन के अंदर। अपनी जेब से कंपनी नहीं चलानी पड़ेगी
• हर महीने परफॉर्मेंस इंसेंटिव, सैलरी के ऊपर
• पूरी ट्रेनिंग फील्ड में भेजने से पहले — सिर्फ़ बैग पकड़ाकर नहीं
• आपका मैनेजर महीने में कम से कम दो बार आपके साथ फील्ड में काम करेगा
• रहने की मदद, अगर आप ग़ाज़ीपुर, आज़मगढ़, जौनपुर, मऊ, बलिया या आसपास से आ रहे हैं
• सीधे फाउंडर से बात। फ़ैसले 48 घंटे में, छह हफ़्ते में नहीं
• कोई बॉन्ड नहीं। जाना हो तो नोटिस देकर, साफ़ रिकॉर्ड के साथ जाइए

यह नौकरी सबके लिए नहीं है

आवेदन मत कीजिए अगर:

• आपको विज़िटिंग कार्ड पर बड़ी कंपनी का नाम चाहिए
• आप चाहते हैं कि महीने के अंत तक कोई कुछ न पूछे — यहाँ रिपोर्ट हर शाम पढ़ी जाती है
• आप मानते हैं कि डॉक्टर पैसे या गिफ्ट से बनते हैं। हम ऐसा नहीं करते — यह क़ानून के भी ख़िलाफ़ है। यहाँ कोई अपवाद नहीं है
• आपको आरामदायक नौकरी चाहिए
